We accept exchanges/store credit for non-customized, non-preordered items purchased in Nigeria within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the exact new condition in which it was received.

For orders outside Nigeria, exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the exact new condition in which it was received.

Custom-made and preordered items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
